A little more about why I focus on pets, and their families;

I am an East Valley - Phoenix based photographer, and the heart behind the lens at A Different Perspective.

My journey with photography began in childhood, inspired by my Nanny (my dad’s mom), who sparked my love for storytelling through images. I still remember draping a blanket for a backdrop and posing my stuffed animals for photos with a disposable camera — even then, I was drawn to the moments others might overlook.

In 2020, I turned that lifelong passion into a business, focusing on family sessions, intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, and pet portraits. Each session is a chance to tell a story — honest, tender, and uniquely yours.

In 2025, I lost my soul dog, REMs, and decided to dedicate my services to focus on pets, and their families. As I know how valuable it is to have professional photos to cherish forever. Remington not only was my soul dog, but he also served as my service dog for many years, getting me through many obstacles, and continues to through his legacy of my primary focus on clients, as pets and their humans bring me the most happiness while capturing.

Whether it’s a quiet glance, a joyful mess, or a fleeting in-between moment, I believe those are the frames that matter most.
